Nigerians incarcerated in China Prisons: Groups calls for intervention
A civil society
group, known as Patriotic Citizen Initiatives, PCI, has called on President
Mohammadu Buhari to come to the aid of Nigerians incarcerated in China Prisons.

Bayo Philip Adebowale was arraigned before an Ebute-metta Chief Magistrate's
Court, on four count charges bordering on conspiracy, willfully and unlawful
damage of two buildings, unlawful caused grievous harm and conduct likely to
breach public peace.
Lawyers urged Police to respect rights of detainees
A group known as Justice for All, J4A, has lamented the
brutal treatment of suspects and detainees at various police stations in the
country. It urged the Nigeria Police Force to respect the right of every
suspect in their custody.

Synagogue withdraw applications to stop proceedings

National Human Rights Commission, NHRC, warned President Buhari
The Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission, NHRC, Professor Chidi Anselm Odinkalu, said President Muhammadu Buhari has shown strong political will to fight corrupption since he assumed office. He however warned the President against violation of human rights in the fight against corruppption.
Bribe Scandal: Court fixed March 15 for judgement
A federal High Court sitting in Lagos has fixed March 15, to deliver judgment on the human rights violation suit filed by Mr. Rickey Tarfa, SAN, against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, its Acting Chairman, Ibrahim Magu and two operatives of the agency.
