Court summons ex-President son to appear before it.

A Lagos Magistrates' Court, sitting in Igbosere, has ordered that the son of former president, Mr Adeboye Shonekan should appear in court.
The presiding magistrate, Miss Olanike Olagbende said that a witness summon should be issued to Shonekan, following his absence in court during the hearing in a case of breach of peace; he instituted against two men.
The magistrate however adjourned the case till Sept. 21 for mention.
The police had on May 5, arraigned two men, Lucky Nwene, Friday Obinna, for allegedly entering into the sitting room of Shonekan without any invitation.
The accused were docked on one-count charge of breach of peace.
The Prosecutor, Cpl Friday Mameh, had told the court that the accused committed the alleged offence on March 26, at No. 4, Walter Carrington Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos.
He said that the accused allegedly conducted themselves in a manner likely to cause breach of peace.
Cpl Mameh, said that the offence contravened Section 166 (c) of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
The accused denied committing the offence.
The Magistrate, however, granted them bail in the sum of one hundred and fifty thousand naira each with two sureties each in like sum.
