FHC/L/1665/2013. On February 14, 2014, the judge also gave an order to enforce the judgement of January 31, 2014. While on February 24, 2014, the judge also granted an order compelling the IGP, and CP of Lagos state, to provide adequate security for the enforcement of the judgement.
"The judge also made a consequential order compelling the Lagos state government to produce letter of Governor's approval that appoint the 10th respondent in the suit, (Oba Akanbi Lawal), as Oba of Shasha Kingdom, and because the Lagos state government failed, and did not produce the letter appointing the Oba, at the trial.
