The defendant is facing a four count charge bordering on conspiracy, robbery, armed robbery and murder preferred against him by Lagos state.
The prosecuting counsel Mrs Rotimi Oduntola told the court that the defendant committed the alleged offences in January 14, 2013.
She said that the defendant and others who are still at large conspired amongst themselves to murder one Gbadejoko Doyin Akinruyomi, by taping her mouth and nose with cellotape and locked her up in the wardrobe.
Oduntola said that the incident took place  at 51B Babatope road in Lekki area of Lagos state at about 10pm, on the said day.
