The top Exxon Mobil engineer who allegedly defiled a 14-year-old girl, who is a niece of his tenant in the Ajah area of Lagos was arraigned at the Lagos High Court sitting in Igbosere .
The Engineer identified as James Ikenna Onuoha, was arraigned on one count charge of defilement before Justice Adebayo Akintoye.
The offence is contrary to section 137crimnal law of Lagos State, 2011.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The defendant’s application for bail is due for consideration on June 27, 2016 before the same court.
